To request deletion of personal information held through this app:

1. Email chocboy12@gmail.com with the subject “ChocParty App — Data Deletion Request”.
2. Identify the relevant Facebook Page, Instagram account, post link, photograph or other material, and describe what you would like removed. Give only the information needed to locate it.
3. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your connection to the material. Do not send passwords, access tokens or unnecessary identity documents.
4. We will review the request, remove information where appropriate and explain the outcome or any lawful retention requirement.

Requests may concern relevant campaign media, captions, associated records or app authorisation information under our control. Removing a published post, stopping future publication and deleting a stored source file are separate actions; tell us which you are requesting so we can address the relevant copies.

Authorised account administrators can also revoke the app’s connection using the relevant Meta account settings. Revoking access alone does not delete existing posts or the campaign records stored by our business. Provider backups and independently shared copies may remain subject to the provider’s policies or another person’s control.
